The Media Centre, comprising the Main Press Centre (MPC) and the International Broadcast Centre (IBC) will be located at Lima Convention Centre (LCC).
The IBC will be located on Level 1 and the MPC, Media Conference Room and media catering will be located on Level 4.
Below you can find a map of the venue including the Media Entrance and Media Transport Areas.
Media representatives wishing to cover the IOC meetings are required to complete the accreditation application on the IOC website by 25 August 2017.

The reservations at preferential rates in the selected hotels for medias are available until 25 August 2017. After this date, hotels availability and rates will be on a request basis only.
The selected hotels are in the San Borja and Miraflores districts, conveniently located within short distances of the Lima Convention Centre. All hotels provide complementary Wi-Fi and return transfers from the airport/hotels to the Lima Convention Centre (only to guests who booked through the official booking system). For the details of each hotel and prices please access the dedicated booking area.

MEDIA AIRPORT ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
The Local Organising Committee (LOC) in Lima will be operating a special airport arrivals and departures service for media who are staying in one of the designated media hotels.
Please note that this service is available only to media who have booked rooms in one of the designated media hotels through the official booking system. Media staying in other accommodation should make their own transport arrangements to and from Lima International Airport.
To request the media airport arrivals and departure service, media should register their details in the Arrival and Departure form, at the time of hotel booking or at a later stage.
Please note that the LOC will endeavour to meet all requests for this service according to transport availability. Media should request this service by 25 August 2017 or this service cannot be guaranteed. For any questions on this, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
MEDIA RATE CARD
There are two Rate Cards available for media at the IOC Session in Lima.
Rate Card A is available for all media (broadcasters, press, photographers) to book dedicated services provided by the LOC.
Rate Card B is for broadcasters only, to book technical facilities and the television feed from the event.
The deadline for placing orders is 18 August 2017 for Rate Card A and 28 July 2017 for Rate Card B. After those dates, services will be subject to availability and confirmation by the LOC.
